        The guy with glasses on aged around 45 to 60 who worked in NatWest have no manners and seem he didnt take a shower for more than a year and behind the mirror you can smell his bad smell. Please take a shower and then come to work

        3 times I have visited this branch recently and each time I have been waiting over half an hour. There is a middle aged man, glasses working there. He needs a new job, he is so rude and has an attitude problem. He was so rude to an older lady today and then rolled his eyes and sighed at me. Get some more staff in the branch for goodness sake and get some staff in that actually want to be there. I will add, there is another lady there who is very nice

        I wanted to speak to someone at my local bank branch to congratulate then on a recent transaction but informed I couldn't speak to anyone. Think it's about time I changed my account. Truly not even worth one star.
