        Ordered these ladders,was given a date and time,guess what,no show,no order,no product,was waiting all day,first and last time shall use this company,the tracking order didn't exist,so there's no way to even track the order,

        Ordered two large ladders for a job and was mightily impressed with the turnaround time. The ladders themselves are cracking pieces of equipment - pinnacles of human engineering I dare say! Customer service bent over backwards to help me with a product-related query, and ensured that all my needs were met. I'm gobsmacked.
