I work in the same building as Beau so we had run into eachother a few times prior to my appointment. I have curly hair that can sometimes be unruly, but Beau sorted it out with no problems. I also took my younger sister, who struggles with even getting a trim, but Beau made her feel comfortable enough to get a new style, which she absolutely loves and hasn't stopped talking about since. I was kind of sure how light I wanted to go but not sure how it would look. Beau took her time to look at my photos and understand my end goal. The fringe was a lot lighter and silver than I wanted but only as my hair takes colour so quickly in places. Beau offered to sort there and then but I wasnt sure if I liked it or not so wanted a few days. A few days later I decided I wasnt keen and was going to try a wash in dye, I was sat pondering and thought I would check this with Beau first when she texted me to check how was I with my hair colour! I was blown away , no hairdresser EVER follows up ! I went back and all I had done was a special shampoo and the colour was absolutely perfect . Beau is such a lovely easy going person and Im so happy Ive found a hairdresser with integrity in Amersham. Im only charged what the menu says , not a tonne of add ons at the till.
