        Women in the store was so rude and aggressive when trying to return a parcel. Shouted im not taking your parcel for return. Will not return to that shop due to her aggression and rudeness, it was disgusting!!!

        I witnessed an argument between the incredibly rude shop keeper and a customer attempting to drop of parcels for Hermes at Berkley stores. Not a good advert for their business to behave so aggressively infront of customers. I will avoid this shop in future.
