        Been coming here since it opened. The staff and the food are simply brilliant- can never fault anything. So were totally shocked and horrified that in their infinite wisdom (?) the owners have decided to turn it into a Gastropub at the end of March. Another pub is something Old Amersham doesnt need ( there are many already). Its a real shame which its hard to understand given how busy the place is and a blas snub at its regular customers

        The manager really went over and above to accommodate us on Mothers day as our booking somehow didn't register on the system. We really enjoyed our family lunch there today. Kid-friendliness: Space for buggy, kids menu, High chairs
