        BELIFF is an excellent film festival. Vlad and Ioana are wonderful hosts and exemplary festival directors. If there's stress behind the scenes, and I'm sure there always is, they certainly don't show it. They are always professional and friendly and go far beyond what could be expected. The cinema is beautiful and the awards ceremony legendary.

        I submitted a short film. It was not selected for the festival, but the feedback was so honest and encouraging. Seems easy in this industry to shoot down, but BELIFF is at the opposite end of the spectrum. Ms. Dorofte gave great comments that we can build on. What a concept - criticism CAN give you wings.
