Avoid this company at all costs. Firstly, I received an item that was not fit for purpose. Part of the costume was cheap plastic that broke within 5 minutes of wear and became a danger to the child that was wearing it. Trying to return said item has turned in to an ongoing issue with the seller unwilling to cooperate or offer any sort of refund or replacement. They have also deleted their facebook page to remove bad reviews. A little courtesy and consideration for their customers would go a long way. Find your costume from elsewhere.

I recently ordered a super hero costume. Was quick and easy. It arrived the next day and they were very helpful when I spoke to them. Will be using again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude and lazy customer service, not to mention the biggest liars and con artists. Everything they said they would do they done the exact opposite. I had a faulty costume that nearly injured my nephew due to a sharp shard breaking from the motif after 5 minutes of wear. Although I reported it immediately, and after having to wait till a new product became available, they then said I was too late for a refund and didn't offer packaging. This was after I had to chase them up for not replying to me, their reason "I had left no phone number". We corresponded over emails, that's not an excuse. Avoid this seller, poor quality product and appalling customer service.
