        As someone working in health and digital health, I'm consistently disappointed and appalled by Little Chalfont surgery. I've been a patient here myself and have tried to support multiple family members living with long-term conditions as they access the surgery. The barriers, digital exclusion, attitude of staff and bad bedside manner has truly frustrated me for far too long. I shall be picking matters up with the surgery and practice manager. (Reader, please also take a moment to consider all those elderly in the local area who aren't digitally enabled or skilled to use e-consult OR Google reviews to share the hardship they face when trying to access care from this surgery.)

        The doctors here are actually not to bad ( Dr Bajwa is especially helpful), its just let down on appalling receptionist staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful and dismissive. On several occasions I have felt like Im being spoken down too by staff who clearly dont want to engage and would rather small talk with each other over coffee. Very sad really considering how helpful the doctors have been to me in the past.
