Chess House Dental Practice

My Ukrainian friend Larysa Khomutova have asked me to thank Dr Yash Ghevaria and staff at Chess House dental. They go above and beyond to care for her. I also attend this wonderful practice.

Myself and my father have both been treated here, all staff are exceptionally friendly and the place is so welcoming. Shivika, Jessica, Shivam and Fatima all did an amazing job. My dad had his Invisalign and whitening here and the results are amazing. Definitely recommend this practice.

I attended this practice 3 times across 2-3 weeks. My initial reaction wasn't very positive at all as I could get ahold of them on the phone. I was told someone would be in contact with me when I used the chat service (which I did get a very prompt response from). Their link to fill in details on email doesn't work ( your staff have even said this so maybe take a look at it ) My first appointment was broken down into 2 parts, both of which was running late and nobody would took a second to say they were running behind (it isn't shocking they were running behind as very busy, just a bit of communication would have gone a long way.) My 2nd and 3rd too were running late. The staff carrying out the work were both very lovely and friendly. They were very transparent about a handful of things which I like. Unfortunately I was then told at the back end of my appointment that they weren't taking on NHS patients anymore which I found to be upsetting because trying to find someone who does is very hard. The reason upset me more. I can seen see the work which is carried out is complex and quite the skill however I will be going to another dentist due to the price charged (I'm not saying their work isn't worth the price, skill and time. I just don't have the money to support that). The dentist was very kind and put me first by doing some additional work to set me up with my new practice without charging me extra as he had made that choice with my wellbeing in mind. I think they are a good practice and if you have the income to go there then please do. I hope one day in future you cater to those who are feeling the weight of price increase in general.
