I have lived in different parts of the country but Bucks council is the most expensive of them and giving the worst service for it. Lady answering the phone in customer service is the most rude and unhelpful person I have spoken to in a long time. No reply to the emails for weeks and have been told Im not the only one waiting !

The woman who responds to calls is rude and arrogant (Alison). Waste department is useless. Do not pay for bulk waste collection because they will find reasons to bill you and will not take the garbage. The South Bucks building has closed. The quality of the roads is mediocre and the paths are dirty, flooded with water.

Terrible service with bin collections, have cut up my mother's driveway and currently refuse to repair it. After making a complaint Was told either the bins have to be put at the end of the drive or the lorry goes along, this has suddenly started in 2023, previously binmen were able to walk the small distance but now it appears they are incapable of this!! No warning either that collection routine had changed

1 star and this is being generous! The people you speak to are pleasant enough but they all tell you different things! Benefits office is so frustrating.
