        Harehills corner surgery is run by operose for the NHS. Poor customer service. Recently had an incident where a patient got so frustrated that she threw a chair at the staff. A serious investigation needs to go on with that practice. What made the patient do that, clearly there's a problem with the service and care.

        Total joke of a service Operose accessed my referral for a heart condition. They referral me without passing on my ECG! Im now told I cannot have an appointment within the recommended 2 weeks because of this. They dont return calls or answer emails.
