        5 star customer service from a lovely young man called luke at northampton went and checked out the back for a doll I wanted it was there happy polite and friendly not had service like this for a long time well done luke for making my day

        Very small yard, you need a good skills to reverse and put on the bay... Especially if is the first bay

        I queued for over an hour last night I rang this morning for a call back at 9.40 it now 18.04 non call back. I requested a text service message as yet still no message returned I tried the online chat again after going from number 34 to number 2 I got disconnected went back on to number 27 so I rang again to be told my call would be answered in around 8 minutes I was on hold for 45 mins no joy. I got an email on 15th dec to say I should receive my order (in your words ) no later than 22nd it us now 23rd no parcel Order number Please just give me an answer
