Poor customer service. Staff do not acknowledge your presence, and there's rarely anyone at the till so you have to serve yourself on the self-service machine. The item I wanted was half price on the website but full price in store. The staff were unable to honour the lower price so I decided to put the item back. The staff member told me she will put the item back because it now needs to go into quarantine! I wonder if they quarantine every item a customer touches in store?
