received the wrong prescription, contacted the customer service, and was told that it was my 'own fault'. Never experienced anything like this. Horrendous.

Lenses didn't arrive, RM stated delivered but sadly Lenssaver were not interested in following up with RM, or re-sending another shipment, even tho over the last two years, I've spent over 1,000 with them. BTW, the RM 'site, clearly states it's the sender's responsibility to follow up on their missing shipments.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect lens, but Lenssaver realised this was an odd order so called me to confirm. They ended up correcting the issue and sent out the correct lenses. Fantastic service

What a brilliant service and organisation! I got a call from Sam who noticed that I ordered an incorrect prescription and also advised that I can simply get in touch with him directly to order repeat prescriptions. What a brilliant service at an affordable price, very happy customer!
