        Fantastic service from Jon! He picked up my laptop Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon had sorted out the new part it needed, fixed it and dropped it back to me. He was also very friendly and personable.Would highly recommend him.

        A very affable and knowledgeable young man who spent so much time sorting the nightmare I had created myself, out for me, not once did he make me feel like the dummy I am, would certainly use him again for my next crisis .

        Contacted Jon one day and he came the next afternoon to sort out a problem with my computer regarding a loud internal fan. Fault diagnosed very quickly and sorted. A very competent young man in his field with a great knowledge of all aspects of computers. Great people skills which made the visit very enjoyable indeed. Very reasonable pricing. I will not hesitate in using Jon when my next computer Armageddon occurs!.
