Although order was agreed for set deliver day BEFORE purchase they didnt honour this waiting until the day before to tell me.
Kept changing their mind on whether the soil could be delivered this Saturday. It would definitely come but they could not guarantee it?!?!?
Lied to me about not being able to transfer the order to another branch (even though the other branch told me it can be done and is allowed)
All in all I would never put in an order which was going to be fulfilled by TP Amersham again, I would call the branch who stepped in and got me my order earlier than they had first predicted.
