        I found this salon online and was interested in booking a facial/skin treatment with them so emailed with some information about my skin and asking for advice on what treatment to book. I was told that I would need to book a skin consultation for 20 to receive this advice so I did this even though it was several weeks for a Saturday appointment. 90 minutes before my appointment time I received a voicemail saying that my appointment had to be cancelled and that if I called back they could try to rebook me. I called back to no answer. I left a message asking them to call me which was not returned. I have therefore wasted several weeks when I could have actually had a facial from somewhere else and been left with the impression that this salon are not interested in my business.
