        The owner is lovely, but really needs to reconsider the appointment system, this is a business post pandemic that has changed customer services so that it is convenient for the business and not the customer, phoned up today said I was busy but I could pop in around 1 pm, unless I was there a certain time I could not be fitted in, when will businesses realise the pandemic is over and customer services should be at the convenience of the customer.. what a joke.
