Have to travel so far to find a bank that's open for half a day then wait 35 minutes its a joke. You cant use the covid 19 excuses for ever as other shops now open all day. Well done Barclays for shutting down more branches it maybe time to find a different bank.

35 Minutes in the queue is completely unacceptable. Then when I finally got served there was no apology. Awful service

worst experience ever ....we are in the que and only one officer is dealing with the customers and the bank is going to close . I left from work earlier , had my kids waiting with a neighbour and yet they still don't care about us . I bet they are waiting for the Christmas party ...Good job Barclays for being such and inefficient bank ..after all you are doing businesses with our money ...you are lending money to other people based on our money that we have in our accounts ...and still we don't get to be treated nice .
