She is reliable, prompt and honest with her suggestions. Good communication levels with her on phone and emails made the process painless and swift for us .         Contacted Neema for drawings to get bungalow loft drawings submitted and passed with the council. Neema is attentive, provides ideas and takes on board clients considerations. Drawings had to be altered a couple of times, no problems at all. Charges are very reasonable, brilliant service.
