Food 'ok' lots of fish sauce in EVERYTHING! But the thing that really made it a downer for me OVER 3FOR DIET COKE TO GO WITH MY VODKA. Won't return

Ok so we thought wed drive out for tea to Ambleside from where we were staying in Hawkeshead, we usually go for Indian or Greek/Turkish only my wife is coeliac and needs gluten-free, so after google mapping we decided on Doi Intanon and so glad we did. I would say it is quite expensive, but worth every penny, but just thinking if you turn up with two or three none paying teenagers you may be in for a shock (in these current mad times)! For Coeliacs everything is marked up GF, which is great because it seems to be getting forgotten about these days where everyone seems obsessed with vegan choices (but being Coeliac isnt a choice and can be a little more serious) Anyway we had the chicken Gaisatay starter which was lovely then both has stir fry meals, my wife had beef in Oyster sauce and I had the Chicken GaiPhad Pet with Jasmine rice, it was absolutely delicious has but isnt too hot at all (Im a chicken Bhuna/Balti eater) it is just so tasty trust me, not watery Thai sauce. Service was attentive but not over the top, the Thai beer, lager was really decent too in a small 330ml? bottle. We both agreed it was a beautiful meal, would recommend 100%
