        This pleasant building has been through some momentous changes and is now in collaboration with the Riverside group which should bode well for the future ! The residents are Happy and well looked after in a safe environment.

        rowan court is a lovely sheltered housing complex with happy going residents and managed by a great team! i really miss working there.. lovely atmosphere and great people

        Rowan court is a really nice, secure place for adults above a certain age to live.. they have activities, group meals at times, a very hard working cleaner.. it's beautifully maintained.. it has a nice mini communal garden.. and a small onsite carpark .. housing association staff are on site most days to assist with housing or extra support needs.. a care assisistant/warden is on site 24 hours a day to provide support in the event of an emergency (via telecom system) or to assist with daily living if required (through care needs referal) the building is secure so strangers cannot wander in but residents can come and go freely. I worked here as a care assistant/warden.. it's really nice..
