He arrived on time, was pleasant and observed social distancing and wore a mask. Certainly appeared experienced and competent. Assuming all remains working, I can recommend DAV and would have given 5 stars, but there was a misunderstanding regarding the cost of the callout/work and whether vat was included. I had to raise issue with this which was a little annoying, but it was sorted out with no argument.
