        Came back to Rohan store in Ambleside, to exchange a pair of men's walking pants (bags) had telephoned a few days earlier and said pants were ready to collect, our contact was deputy Manager Ian, what a lovely jolly chap, easy going and easy to talk to, upselling in abundance, as s t-shirt and cotton jacket purchased, and a new pair of walking pants for me, all in all a pleasure having Ian as our mentor today....and well worth the trip from Liverpool....keep up the good work Ian, all the best Lynne & Mike
