        We were returning customers and were not disappointed. Tracey & Kevin were very hospitable and had some great tips for local walks and restarants. The hearty cooked breakfast was delicious and set us up for a days walking. Melrose is centrally located and the starting point for many breathtaking walks in the surrounding area. Discount availble if you book direct with very fair refund policy. We hope to return in the near future and stay in the Melrose- of course.

        Melrose Guesthouse is an absolutely first class establishment run by the most caring of couples. Kevin and Tracy are the warmest of hosts. The decor throughout is of an extremely high 'spec'. It is the perfect oasis to come back to after a pleasant day in the Lake District. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a truly wonderful break!
