        Can"t fault our stay one bit, everything was perfect. Steve was so helpful when we checked in. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back

        This is a very well run B&B, its spotlessly clean, communication is great before you arrive. Steve & Tina are friendly and great with advice. The breakfast is excellent, they only have a 45 min window for it from 8-8:45, which isnt a problem for me but something to bare in mind if your not an early riser (though most people in the Lakes are up and about) Anything you need replenishing in the room you just ask for and its there by the time you get back. We were in room 1, extremely good sized, bed was a double & very comfy but we are only 5ft9 & feet at the bottom, not a problem but maybe check if there are longer beds in other rooms if you are tall. Theres parking for 4 cars outside property & then a pass for the local car park 1 min walk away go with this option if you are out and about in your vehicle during the day as its easier to get in and out of. Location for town is 5-9 min walk. Would definitely stay here again
