My daughter and I used the spa for 2 days whilst we were residents this April. Not only were the sauna, jacuzzi, pool, hanging seats, steam room and outdoor pool fabulousthe treatment space and relaxation room were wonderful. Staff were all so kind and gentle and quiet and calming. An individual shout out to Emily. She was lovely. Helpful, advisory, really knew her stuff, so so kind and attentive in delivering treatments. She made me feel really special and she was focussed on me and making me feel rested and relaxed. What a gem of a place and magnificent team member.
