        Clare and Eugene were amazingly warm and welcoming. Fantastic hospitality and nothing was too big a request. Their attention to detail was second to none and their enthusiasm and knowledge for Ambleside and the Lakes was infectious. We stayed in room 2 which had a comfortable bed, ensuite shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with a Netflix account through Roku. For peace of mind, they thoroughly clean and air each room after each guest has vacated, minimum 24 hours between guests.

        Having just returned from a wonderful weekend with friends, we now feel happy and content. From the minute we arrived Clare and Eugene invited us in with the biggest smiles and make us feel right at home.. The room was lovely. Quiet, warm and cosy with everything you need. Oh and the COMFIEST bed!!!! The breakfast really was amazing with a great choice, and the location was just perfect being just a minute or two walk from the main shops/ bars. We would highly recommend this lovely B&B and will definitely be staying again in the future! Clare and Eugene- what lovely hosts. Thank you x
