        Rooms: Small, but well appointed and comfortable. Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast a la carte.

        What a little gem, free off road parking, perfect location just 5 mins walk into ambleside centre. Rooms immaculate, breakfast so much choice. Darren & Debbie perfect hosts, offering lots of information about the area , this made our first visit to the lakes so pleasant and definitely will come back and stay, recommend to anyone. Thanks for a lovely stay
