Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Disappointing experience overall- ordered our bathroom and paid in full told to accept delivery and check items when you can and the shop will sort.... First issue, the bath plug was scratched and faulty- it did not 'pop' open as it should. Went to the store to discuss this fault- store accused us of damaging the product, after much discussion the item was replaced from what we assume was someone else's' order- the faulty item was placed into that order! Second issue is with the bath tub, black tape was positioned on the angle of the 'L' of our bathtub- we assumed this was standard- we took the time to inspect the bath for damage- keeping the cellophane on, so that the bathtub was protected during installation. Taps were drilled and secured in situ and the bath-tub was positioned. We determined it was the appropriate time to remove the cellophane and black tape. Disguised under the black tape was a scratch on the inside of bath. We highlighted our findings to the Stourbridge branch- whom proceeded to ignore us, delaying the rest of our renovation. After 10 working days we contacted head office who replied informing us that it was our fault because we didn't remove the protective cellophane before installing our bathtub- failing to follow their protocol. Seems strange to remove the protective cover before positioning the bathtub- but this is simply my observation. Interestingly however, easy bathroom must acknowledge some responsibility as they offered to replace the bathtub at a discounted rate (around 230.00). We will not be taking this offer as quite frankly we feel that we have been robbed, and will not be paying over 600.00 for a bath tub - instead we will learn to live with the scratch. Overall we feel very dissatisfied with the service that we have received, We feel that easy bathroom attempts to recycle faulty/damaged goods onto their consumers- in hopes that they will make an error ( according to their own policy/protocol) which can then transfer the blame onto the consumer thus boosting their profits. If you plan to purchase from easy bathroom, please be vigilant!

I went into the Stourbridge store to look for a complete new bathroom suite , I wasnt 100 % sure what I wanted or needed , but thanks to the great help from Alan I was able to purchase my whole bathroom suite , floor & wall tiles and radiator in one visit !! Alan was very friendly , helpful , informative, knowledgeable and I was given FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE off him I wouldnt of been able to choose my bathroom suite without his help . Ive popped back into store a few times to check some things out and again I was given great customer service from Alan & a gentleman called Mark who was also was great, very friendly, informative and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing from this store for there staff, products and good prices

Thanks to the team on the front desk, especially Dan who dealt with my search for a replacement thermostat cartridge for a shower. We had previously bought our bathroom from the showroom and it was nice to see the after sales was just as good. Well done to the whole team at Stourbridge.

A fair choice of product. However once you've seen the first couple of aisles you have seen the choice they have.
