Its a great practice, when you can actually get an appointment. You have to book through a convoluted website, and only during practice hours. The way that the practice operators really needs an overhaul.

A dental appointment here today. Which was on time. Staff are amazing. Not very keen on dentists, but these ladies make you feel so relaxed and friendly. Thank you very much.

I had a fantastic experience when I was there. The facilities are lovely and clean and COVID-19 restrictions adhered to. The staff were polite and efficient, and the ENT doctor was very in depth with their work and was more than happy to answer my questions. The follow-up however has been abysmal. A report was due to be sent, however it has not arrived to the department that it needs to and despite my attempts to call the reception the phone is either not answered or is answered, and then they hang up without even saying hello. Frustrated beyond belief as their lack of contact and doing paperwork has delayed my treatment. The three stars are for the premises and staff in person. The overall follow up and lack of telephony skills/contact is a one point five star at best.
