Communication is non existent when they don't wana deal with you.. in the end I've had to go to my bank to dispute the payment. Look elsewhere for your sweets.

I ordered easter sweets even ment to have gift tag everything. They sent them 2 weeks after easter left me we nothing for easter. Opened the full selection. Was out of date sweets, id avoid. Nerds stinking of back shop. Chocolate out of date. Avoid.. Dissapointment 30.00 for thos box of nerds and two mouldy chocolate eggs. Never again. This isnt lie read other reviews. Honestly.. Bad shop

Takes orders and then delays delivery making excuse after excuse. waiting for tracking number for 2 days asked when it would be delivered on the phone and was told today phoned today as no delivery then told would be given tracking number later once parcel collected by courier obviously not sent .poorly run buisness

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. I First ordered as I saw the company sold halal sweets at a reasonable price and ordered the halal brand. I received some packs which had the labels on and some that had no labels and the packaging felt different to the branded ones. I received marshmallows which were not halal- they were a Belgium company so I emailed them directly to ask. When I asked the seller why some sweets dont have labels he assured me it was the brand I ordered. Unfortunately I cannot sell sweets of dietary requirements that I am unsure of. I returned the products that had no labels and marshmallow and got my refund. (Paid my own postage). I decided to order again thinking the same issue will not happen again and I received three packs of sweets in clear packaging - not the brand I picked. This time I will not be wasting money to return, however pass to someone else to use. Will not be ordering again, any sweets sold under dietary requirements need to be labelled clearly. FYI youre website needs to be more clear in relation to handling and labelling and dates.
