As an Insolvency Practitioner I regularly come across business owners that dont have all the things in place they ideally need. This is a salutary lesson of its best to just stick to the knitting. Big 60 and a bout of Covid prompted me to re-appraise a few things. I thought I only needed a little tickle. So I arranged to meet Sevvy. A replacement will for me. My existing one was deficient. 2. A completely new will for the wife. 3. Property & Personal Financial Powers of Attorney for both me and the wife. 4.
