Amble Post Office

The staff are efficient but not very friendly (maybe it's because they are busier than usual) . They have local books for sale and it's very covid conscious inside.

would like to say what a lovely little post office . i have lived here for 8 years plus now and this lovely gentleman bri the postmaster took the the time to fill in a pass port application for my laddy could not of been more helpful to take the time out for me other wise my laddy wouldn't of been going away this year thanks again so who ever says this post office is the worst give your head a wobble its amazing with an amazing post mastser and staff

I cant rate this Post Office and its service highly enough. Brian, the Postmaster always goes that extra mile to help and provides good advice on alternatives or other services should they be relevant. Other staff have always been helpful, professional and friendly. The Post Office is open six days a week until 6pm at night, even on Saturdays. That is service. A point I think that needs to be remember is that the Post Office is not Royal Mail, so issues with Royal Mail ( and other deliveries ) aint their bag. Having said that Brian saved my day trying to get a Royal Mail delivery redirected earlier this year when it was stuck miles away in Morpeth. He managed it and even texted me when it was in his hands. Top service bar none. Nigel King.
