Paul gave us an estimate from photos/video of the floor we wanted sanded. He arrived on time, explained the procedure, was well-mannered and polite, and was finished quicker than he had expected. The invoice reflected the reduced labour cost which was a pleasant surprise. The finished floor is very well sanded and finished to a high standard. Paul also left a bottle of floor cleaner with instructions. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul at AVS.

I recently moved to a new property with wooden worktops in the kitchen. These had seen better days and were sticky, water damaged, knife damaged and pans had ring marked them. I contacted Paul and he responded very quickly and arranged to give me a quote. From there the experience has been excellent.Paul booked me in quickly and arrived as arranged. He sanded all the tops - completely dust free!- and then re oiled them. They look like brand new - I am thrilled with the end result. Paul also gave me ongoing advice and cleaning solution and oil for future application. I cannot recommend Paul enough - very professional, well priced and fantastic job - thank you!
