I have the utmost respect for all staff. They are all extremely professional and gregarious. If I could give 10 I would. They work above and beyond their call of duty.

These lot quite simply do not want to see patients. Nor do they really want to answer the phone. Long telephone queues, lack of face to face appointments and a general sense of disinterest have turned what used to be an excellent health centre into just another victim of the post-Covid system. A far cry from the days of Dr. Creighton and Dr. McElhinney. Im still patiently waiting on a doctor to call me back for a depression review that was due in June 2020. It still hasnt happened. And thats despite having suicidal ideation on diagnosis in 2019. Says it all really

Very disappointed with the time it takes to order medication over the phone. I waited for 45 minutes today for call to be answered and it's around the same any other time. The time I took to order was around 20 seconds, so I cannot understand,when it says initially "you are number 15 in the queue", why it takes so long? I know that call time varies but I reckon at 20 seconds per call they should get through 120 calls, not just15!
