If you sign up for a single month it costs 40 one off. That covers you for the sauna/steam room pool and gym.
Gym is fairly big and has all the basics. Theres 3 treadmills, dumbbells weights etc.
All you need for a basic workout.
The pool is quite busy so there is that downside as it isnt huge but it is what it is.
All in all this is good value. There is another gym in amble however they do not have showers/pool or any of those extras that you get here for the exact same money.
