I had dealings with the female owner/manager of this kennels back in 2010. She had such an appalling attitude towards me in emails just because I happened to call in the evening once after they were closed to enquire about a dog that a friend's friend had to give up and I was desperate to give her a loving home and was really keen to get in there first (I was led to believe they were a RSPCA kennel who were open during the evenings as well, so a case of crossed wires). Well, you'd think I was a serial killer or something. She complained to the RSPCA that I'd called her in the evening. All I wanted was to give this particular dog a loving home. I pity the poor dogs that stay here. Time to give up the day job if you're that unhappy there, you extremely unpleasant woman! Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars.

You won't find a better place for your dog to stay. I have a very difficult character of a dog but he settles here fantastically. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't want to send him anywhere else. I've been using them for a few years now and they have always taken great care of him. Ignore the negative comments. I am very particular when it comes to someone looking after my dogs. I trust them completely.
