Wonderful idea, and the milk is well worth a decently long trip (22 mins from where we're staying, in our case, but we'd totally go further)! It's absolutely lush! I would recommend bringing your own vessel(s) to fill if you want loads, as otherwise you'll be paying 1.50 per 1L glass bottle, on top of 1.20 per litre of milk. We just bought 8L of bottled water from the Morrisons in Bideford for 1.75, and tipped the water out to fill the bottles with milk. BRING COINS. The bottle machine only takes coins. The milk machine takes coins and notes (but not new 20 notes), and is supposed to take contactless, however that wasn't working when we visited. So yeah, definitely bring cash, preferably coins, as contactless payment isn't a sure thing. Minimum vend 500mL at 60p. Max vend 5L at 1.20 per litre. The machine will stop at 1L intervals and wait for you to push a button before dispensing the next 1L, so you don't have to stress about losing milk whilst quickly changing vessels. There are shots of flavouring, which are 50p per shot, and one shot per litre is recommended. The shots are not vended as such, rather, you pay for what you take by popping cash in an honesty box. I would have given this 5 stars if there were cheaper bottle options and the card scanner had been working. Other than those two things, the milkiosk is utterly fantastic. Your cereal, teas and coffees will be so much better for it, and the milk is a genuine pleasure to enjoy as a milkshake, or just on its own. Love it love it love it!!

Very welcome cold milk on a long walk from westward ho! To broad park farm camp site, fairy cross. Easy to use vending system, great fresh tasting milk, choice of flavours. Recommend strawberry milkshake.
