        My TT had a severe miss fire and Chris was most helpful in sorting the problem out the cost was very fair and the service was fast. Chris also provided me with some quotes on mods on the TT for the future which I will be taking him up on. Top class service without rip off prices highly recommend.

        Just been to Down and Out for a full service on my 320d, Chris walked me through everything and was even able to order replacement parts last minute that I had bought incorrectly! All for less than it would have cost me to get it done elsewhere, will definitely be coming back in future- highly recommend
