Very easy to talk to. No real salesman chat, just suggested advice. Very responsive, best of all the other suppliers seen so far both in value and service quality. Provides professional service at all times whilst staying very friendly. Knowledgeable on his subject and happy to explain options and possible issues in simple terms. His long experience in this field, shows in the way he explains his solutions, even down to his charging structure, and the support he receives from the parent company. Trying to naviagte my way through the dark arts of penisons was always something that I'd avoided until i was recently made redundant. From the moment i spoke to Gavin he was very clear with his information, made sure that I was aware of all the options and proposed a plan that met my needs both now and in the future. Subsequent to making a decision on what i was going to do, his communication was excellent bith with me and the pension providers and everything was very easily set up.
