Just had lunch at this pub. All 4 of us had great food and the service was 1st class. Admittedly not very busy, but never the less everything was very good. We will be back again.

Visiting on Saturday 29th April, we have been there many times before, really nice food and really nice staff , until today , not sure if the manager/ deputy manager was on a power trip, her attitude was very poor , the other staff eg chefs was very helpful and very friendly, my grandchildren wanted to play outside and got told by her that they have to have an adult with them , even tho there was other children play on there own , I was watching them from the restaurant window my grandchildren ages are 9 & 5. anyway, I understand you have procedures in place for the wellbeing of children, but there was no signs up in the play area or anywhere else in the restaurant telling customers this. Wont be returning and I will make sure I tell friends and family not to visit .
