        I booked a night stay around a month ago and asked for a room with bath which confirmed. When we arrived, I have been told the room I booked wasn't available as the existing guests continued to stay in that room for the other night, therefore, the room I booked wasn't available for me when I arrived. The staff told me she teied to contact me around 5pm to inform me about this. Well, first impression wasn't impressed at all. The staff should have told me a day before I arrived or at least in the morning. If I had known this incident, I would have cancelled and asked for a full refund, also I stil have time to find somewhere else to stayas this wasn't my fault and it was a bit naughty of its managing. I'll not going back again. Rooms: Pillows were so thin even put one on top of the other. Didn't sleep well.
