Amy Winch has been working with me over the last 5 years and she has helped me to achieve a number of outstanding planning permissions which were very difficult and challenging planning permissions to achieve. She has always provided me with the most professional, informative and fast services which were in plain English to make the whole process as simple and easy as possible. The cases that she has helped me with including a wide variety of planning issues, for example: removal of agricultural restrictions, change of use from commercial to residential, new build projects, planning for a large property on a restricted site, planning permission for a camping site etc. Amy has shown me that she has a solid background in resolving all different types of planning issues and preventing possible planning issues before they arise due to her extensive knowledge, tenacity and experiences in dealing with the planning department.
