3 years ago we came to Poolehall for a chocolate lab that had unfortunately been returned due to an issue with with his new family. We arrived to look at a puppy and left with a new family member & what a stunning boy he is! He is the perfect family dog, he is amazing with our 2 very young children but loves a cuddle, love and a good play fight

We recently got our newest family member from poolehall and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. We spoke with Charlotte and Jane and they were both so friendly and helpful. We received photos of him and all medical/ important updates throughout the whole time, the amount of help and information you get is amazing. They take this very seriously in all the best ways, they have given him the best start in his life and we will always be great full for this, as Im sure he is too. We would 100000% recommend them if anyone was thinking of expanding there family with a little fur baby. Thankyou so much for our boy, he is perfect and completes our family in the best way.

From day one we dealt with Charlotte at Poolehall and can't fault her. Charlotte was very helpful and professional, giving us regular updates throughout the whole process. We were able to see our pup (Hudson) at 4 weeks old with all his brothers and sisters (11 in all) and his mum and dad. Having received all health checks and paperwork at 8 weeks old we were able to bring Hudson home. Hudson is a very happy, clever loyal dog - a very handsome chocolate lab and full of energy. Poolehall has given Hudson a very good start in life - would highly recommend If your looking for the best - look no further. Thank you Poolehall Labradors.

We are so happy with Maisie, she joined us just over 3 months ago and was clean in the house from day one and sleeping through the night not long after. Maisie is gorgeous and so friendly to every person and dog she meets, not over the top. Everybody adores her. She is learning quickly what is right and wrong and her recall is excellent. Maisie is our third chocolate lab from Jane and family, we wouldnt go anywhere else, wonderful dogs from wonderful people, thank you so much.
