Very Impressed with the level of Service and very helpful In my experience on ordering online with 95% of the companies, if you require something additional that's not an option on the website it can take days for a reply to an email and often you hear nothing back I received an email reply from Dawn within minutes who responded immediately to every email and from placing my order the additional request with regards to gift packaging and delivery had been organised and confirmed which is fantastic customer service. Website is easy to navigate and choice of wines is extensive. Will definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.
