We have bought and installed 3 Bio-Pure tanks over the last few months. They have arrived on time everytime. One one of them we had an issue with a noisy pump and We Build It sent a replacment free of charge the next day, quibble free! Keep it up!

We have installed several of these tanks in England and Wales.we build it tanks are easy to install and maintain low running cost and there staff are always happy to help if we need there advice anyone thinking of doing a self installation speak to them first for advice and recommendations needs.great service and friendly team

I called asking for details for a new waste treatment plant to be supplied and fitted, had a lovely discussion with Husband and Wife (owners) and an appointment was made for the following Friday or Saturday. Nobody came, no call was received just a rude let down. Today, Monday, I got a call asking to re schedule with barely an apology, I advised I was now going elsewhere. Cannot recommend this company at all.
