Barnt Green Zen Den

This is lovely, welcoming yoga studio and suitable for all abilities and has a really great range of classes so you can choose a class to suit your mood/ energy levels. Booking is really easy via the app. All the teachers are brilliant and have their own style. The atmosphere is calming with a real sense of peace and escapism. I have been a member at Barnt green zen den for over a year and genuinely look forward to and value my weekly classes and the small community of yogis. There is no stigma, no expectation, just a shared loved of yoga practice . Namaste

I love this place!!! This is my sanctuary. I've been coming here for getting on 2 years now. I come to a variety of different classes throughout the week with a variety of teachers, who are all brilliant & bring something different to my practice. I love having the Zen Den to break off from working at home & do something for me. I've made some great friends & it is full of wonderful people. I would be a little lost without it now!

Attending classes at Zen Den has become part of my weekly routine. Easily accessible with friendly, supportive teachers, I have been able to regain strength after an injury and join an unpretentious community of enthusiasts. Zen Den offers people a welcoming space to explore individual capability, whatever their level. I am so glad I joined and feel I have great value for money.

Ive been a member at Barnt Green Zen Den for a while now and Im really glad I joined! Ngoc and her team are friendly and knowledgeable about yoga and theres a great variety of classes with different yoga styles. One of the nicest things is that each class is very inclusive, with different options given for people at different levels of their practice.
