        Rang willmott about getting a quote for installation of a shower pump. Rang me back & took my name & address. Promised to ring me back a week later & come around to have a look. Week later no phone call or visit. Called again !! Promised a phone call the following morning. WillNOTT have the decency to call back again. In future dont waste people time !! You dont deserve new customers if you behave like this.
