        Contacted this company, to get a fortnightly cleaner for my elderly mother. I should have suspected something wrong when I had to chase up after not being contacted when agreed. Anyway a time and date was arranged for the owner, Jane, to visit my mother's flat. Didn't turn up and didn't call me with an explanation. Unreliable amateur

        Having been to a few places for a last minute dry clean and adjustment of a suit I couldn't find anywhere that could turn this around in time for a wedding I was attending (looking on Tuesday to be ready for the following Saturday). Having called Jayne at Poppins and not got no answer she called me back that afternoon and I discussed my requirement. Jayne stated that this was not an issue and my suit was ready for me to pick up on the Friday so disaster averted. Excellent and professional service I would highly recommend.
